Basing Care ensures that all staff undergo our in-house three
day induction training in accordance with regulatory induction
standards.

- Holistic Care
- Food and Hygiene
- Basic first aid
- Abuse Awareness
- Personal care
This also includes shadowing by an experienced Field Carer
who will also be your mentor throughout the process.
