Our Housekeeping and Concierge Service is uniquely tailored to cater for your needs and schedules. To establish exactly what domestic needs you require, our Housekeeping Coordinator will put together, with you, a customised plan ensuring all your Housekeeping and Concierge requirements are met.
Your home is in the professional and trustworthy hands of our fully trained House Keepers. Whether it’s a one off spring clean, a daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleaning schedule you require, you can rest assure that our competent House Keepers will provide you with a dedicated service.
We also offer a range of bespoke cleaning services that include:

All cleaning services include:
- Vacuuming
- Polishing (including brass and silver)
- Washing (floor, bathrooms, window ledges, picture frames)
- Fridge cleaning and freezer defrosting
- Dusting skirting boards
We provide all cleaning products and equipment apart from Hoover’s and Mops due to the potential risk of cross infection.
As long as you have an operational washing machine, our House Keepers can sort out your laundry as per washing instructions, then either tumble dry or hang your washing out to dry.
Once your washing is dried and aired, there’s no need to worry about that daunting pile of ironing, our House Keepers will take care of all your ironing and put it all away for you.
Indeed, if you also have little or no time to get out and drop off your dry cleaning, our House Keepers can arrange this for you. They can also organise such things as your shoe repairs and garment alterations, in respect of your chosen service, to help make your life that little bit easier.
In addition to taking care of your laundry, our House Keepers can change and remake your beds with fresh bed linen as and when required.
We can offer a convenient and time saving alternative to the arduous food shopping, with our Grocery Shopping service.
Our House Keepers, in keeping with your detailed shopping list, will do your shopping at a super market or at speciality grocery stores of your choice. They will diligently select the best produce and consciously look for best value for money, making sure that every grocery item on your list is of the highest quality.
Our House Keepers will then further assist you by putting all your groceries away for you, ensuring that they have initiated a rotational ‘first in – first out system in compliance with food hygiene regulations.
Dogs require regular exercise and attention to prevent destructive behaviour. Our dog walking service is designed for those dog owners who are unable to walk their dogs themselves on a regular basis.
Perhaps you have work commitments, perhaps you're elderly or maybe convalescing? Our dog walkers can walk and exercise your dog for you for a minimum of one hour, including travelling time, at your dog’s favourite walking spot.
We can also offer a daily pet feeding service. This is a perfect alternative to kennels and the cattery, or leaving your pets with family and friends.
We will act as a caretaker and give you the peace of mind while you’re away on a business trip or on vacation. As all our staff have been thoroughly trained in risk assessing and fire safety, their vigilance and stewardship ensures that your home will be well looked after.
Home security checks include:
- Checking the security of windows and doors
- Checking for visible water leaks
- Switching lights on and off to give the illusion that someone is home
- Opening and closing curtains and blinds
- Picking up mail and news papers to discourage unwanted attention
- Ensuring that the smoke alarms are in operation
- Warm up standing cars
In addition to these services, we can arrange for your lawn to be cut while you’re away, wait for deliveries and oversee tradesmen in your absence.
A large number of people we provide services for, are not able bodied and have great difficulty in managing things we take for granted, such as home improvements and repairs. We understand that it is not always convenient to ask family members or friends to assist with these types of jobs.
We are pleased to inform you that we are now able to provide multi-skilled and professionally trained handymen that are able to undertake all aspects of building maintenance, home improvements and repairs. All staff are professional, reliable and security checked and will be happy to provide identification if required or requested.
We can arrange an initial visit to give a free, no obligation quotation. If the quotation meets with your approval, the work will be carried out at a time most convenient for you.
All our Housekeeping and Concierge staff have been:
- Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checked
- Thoroughly referenced
- Insured to safeguard your home and possessions
- Wear a uniform for identity
- Trained in Health & Safety, risk assessing, infection control and fire safety
- Keep accurate records of every domestic assignment completed, which we recall on a monthly basis

Periodically, our Housekeeping Coordinator will provide a quality assurance questionnaire for our clients to complete and return to our Basing Care offices. This gives us the opportunity to evaluate our Housekeeping and Concierge services which we provide for you and that the standard of our services are being maintained at a high standard and of professional integrity.
